Shipping Information
Our pricing and shipping details are designed to provide you with full clarity and confidence, tailored to your customer group.
Group A – Container Customers
Net prices FOB Surabaya, valid for full container load (FCL) orders. Freight, insurance, customs duties, and VAT are not included.
Group B – Dealers
Dealer net price, ex warehouse Germany. The goods are still located in Java, but the price is already calculated including import costs and customs duties. Sales and deliveries are subject to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). VAT not included.
Group C – End Customers (B2C)
Net price ex warehouse Germany. The items are still stored in Indonesia, but the price already includes all import costs and customs duties. No additional import charges apply. VAT will be added as required by law.
